Houses prefabricated: residences of the future?

Today is very normal to speak of the prefabricated wooden houses. But are they really so convenient? We go to discover this with the following post. In Italy there is a prejudice for the wooden houses. Perhaps because the prefabricated term often comes in partnership to something with scarce quality. Nothing more wrong, we are sure that the wood used to create the carrying structures of the wooden houses are stable and durable. In the north Europe the houses in wood are considered with great charm and pleasant. They are not only beautiful to see, but they are also functional and secure. We have had the opportunity to confirm this in other post, the wooden houses are earth quake proof and ecological, they hold back the heat and you could save around 50% of the heatings.
Build a wooden house is also less expensive. First of all for the materials: for a cement and bricks house you could spend around the 1.300 € for meter picture, while for one in wood only 700 €. While the cement and bricks house ask so much time for the construction, those in wood are also feasible in only thirty days. Could still keep on making comparisons between the traditional houses and those in wood, but these last ones will always be the best!
